• A confirmation email or WhatsApp message constitutes a booking agreement
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit the session fee
• Lebyy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice provided
• All materials, frameworks, and outputs created by Lebyy during a project or training remain the intellectual property of Lebyy unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing
